Atlantic Classic Men

Essex Fells , NJ
Something old...something new...the Atlantic Classic featured a little of each. A small but strong women's field saw the same two teams as last year in the finals. In a reversal from the 2012 results, Ana Brzova and Viki Stoklasova downed Cynthia Dardis and Amy Shay by a 6-4, 6-4 score. The men's field was a little less predictable, with 3 upsets in the quarterfinals and the new team of Marco Grangeiro and George Wilkinson making it to the finals. There they met last year's champs, Juan Arraya and Lennart Jonason, who defended their title in a 7-5, 6-4 match.
