- New items may be returned for credit or exchange (less shipping) for 30 days.  Items must have original packaging.

- Used items may not be returned for a refund or credit.

- Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days.

- Items shipped between November 15th and December 31st may be returned until January 31st for a full refund or exchange (less shipping)

Please note that paddles showing signs of normal wear and tear, as well as those subjected to abuse or negligence, cannot be accepted for warranty claims.

 

Normal wear encompasses faded graphics, minor dents or scratches that don't impact play, and markings on the paddle's face. To ensure your paddle's longevity, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and humidity, and only use it for playing.

 

It's crucial to refrain from tampering with the paddle (re-gluing, changing grip, etc.) or applying permanent identification marks, as this may void the warranty. 

 

Our goal is to provide current information, but warranty terms may change. It's advisable to check directly with the manufacturer to confirm that your paddle is still covered under their latest warranty terms.

defects, such as fitting, stitching, and adhesives.
